A friend recently shared with me this motivating way to keep me going on my journey and to attract success.

Write down five successes you had achieved daily. These successes may not need to be big successes. They can be minor wins in your life. It can be “I woke up 30 minutes earlier” or “I went for a jog this morning.”

We tend to always remember the negative things that’s happened to us, and forget the positive things. We don’t celebrate our wins. This is how we are brought up, this is how the world has conditioned us.

Picked up the newspaper tomorrow morning, you will probably see more bad news than good news. Watch the news tonight, mostly you will see murders, robberies, fires, earthquake etc.

It gave us the belief that life is tough, people are dying everyday. But hey, babies are born everyday too, they don’t report that, do they?

If your mind is filled with all the negative stuff clouding your belief, how would any good things be happening to you.

To write about your own successes allows your brain to remember about the good things we tend to forget. It’ll helps us to re-conditioned our belief.

When we write down our wins, remembering them; we feel good about it. Our spirit wants to feel good. It will motivate us to want to have that feeling again thus achieving more wins in our life, achieving better results in our life.
