Focus

A great day of work accomplished, decided to go full out 100% to catch up with my business. One of my internet business has taken a back seat recently. Honestly, I did lose focus in marketing millionaire idea. I slowed down on contributing to those forums that I’m used to be actively participating.

Fortunately, though slowed down, it is still generating income for me. That is the power of internet business. Of course, I can’t do that for too long, effort is still required to maintain it. I’m using Sitesell to build my internet business. Their method aligns with my personal value, I am satisfied with their service and the way they educate people on internet business.

Today, I visited those forums again, and found there are thousand of new threads. What have I missed for the past weeks? It’ll be crazy to read all of those threads, but select those that I can contribute. Focused on contributing at least three threads, and I felt good in achieving that.

I love the feeling of being able to contribute in forums. It’s a place where I can share my experience; be it in business, marketing, internet, success or personal development.

Beside that, reading the point of view of others, learning from them is a plus point to visit those forums. In fact, I gain lots of ideas from forums, like creating an income from blogs, affiliate marketing, getting subscribers etc.

At the same time forums contributed pretty much to my traffic as well. Visitors from forums are targeted traffic which makes it even better.

Today, I felt extremely good about myself that I contributed some of my views in those forums. I contributed in a way that I want to change the life of those who read my thread. I’m in there to contribute full 100%. This is part of life, I’m experiencing it right now.

New Blog

I posted on here few weeks ago on the change of my life direction, thus the change of this blog’s direction. When I first started this blog, the plan was to commercialize it, but due to the shift in myself, this blog shifted too; so I decided not to monetize this blog to make a genuine place to share my journey.

On the other hand, another voice was chattering in my head, since I will spend much time blogging, might as well monetize it to justify the amount of time spend. Well…well…well…

I thought the best way is to set up a new blog, pay my own domain and hosting; so I can do anything I want with it. The challenge came when I have to select a subject to blog on, but I could not decide what to blog on. Finally one day I started to list down all things that I’m interested in.

I decide not to have anything about business or creating wealth, (give me a break on business), and I already own millionaire-idea in the area of creating wealth.

Once I listed them down, decision becomes so much easier. Looking at the list, I knew what I want right away. And so this is the born of a new blog, a monetized blog - Good Movie Review.

In the new blog, I wrote reviews about the movies that I’ve watch, not necessarily now screening movies, but good movies. I started to dig some of the old movies in my old movie box; maybe, I have to watch them again, in order to write reviews on them. Nevertheless, good movies are worth watching the second and third time.

Now that voice in my mind has stop..haha.

New Decision

Finally, decided to start a new blog. I have been thinking if I should start a new one. Do I have the time to update it regularly? What will be the theme of the blog? All these questions have been bothering me. Yesterday, I made a decision, took action. I registered a new domain name and a hosting plan specially for the new blog.

This blog is hosted by wordpress.com, and there are restrictions. It is a very good support for blog. However, I wanted to do something more. The solution is to host it on my own. Never did I know, there were so many stuff that I need to do.

Searching of pluggin and themes, uploading them took a huge chuck of my time. After that, I had to find out how those pluggin works.

Fortunately I came across an ebook on tips to set up your wordpress blog. That saves me lots of my time. Basically, I just follow all the steps to set it up. The core of the blog was basically up. But to have any advance stuff in this new blog, I got to spend more time to figure it out.

My Page Rank

After working on Millionaire Idea for about 8 months, its page rank has increased to 3.

That’s a good news today. Now I see some results, and it’s not bad for a 8 months old site. All the articles submission, directories submission, forum marketing, building links has taken effect.

I will not slow down bringing Millionaire Idea a success. This blog is growing in a tremendous speed too. I am feeling hype up with Millionaire Idea and this blog.

Making Money With Adsense

Are you having a website? Are you creating an income with your website?

Monetize your website in many ways, why restrict it to only one way. Creating an income with affiliate marketing, adsense, advertisement space, membership etc.

Among all, adsense is the easiest to apply. The least effort among all other monetization method.

1. Apply for an adsense account from Google.
2. Upon approval, you can start placing ads on your website.
3. Clicks through the ads by your visitors earn you money.

Yes, it’s simple to apply. However, there are a few things to take note.

1. You still got to have traffic to your site. No traffic, no clicks. There are ways to generate traffic to your site. But that a whole different course altogether.

2. Have a rich content site. Some sites are made just for adsense. Their content are crappy and worthless. Write for your readers, add value to them. That’s how you get them to return to your site. When they return, you get clicks.

3. Google is very smart. Don’t click on your own ads. If you are ban from google, very seldom they will reinstate your account.

There are a lot more about adsense, like placement, colors, size of the ads.

I Like Pay Per Post

Why do I like Pay Per Post?

There are a few reasons why I like Pay Per Post.

Firstly, it rides on the usage of blog. As I am getting more into blogging, posting one to three posts per day; Pay Per Post comes in nicely to my blogging hobby. I am able to add more postings to my blog with the posts from Pay Per Post.

Secondly, I get to see some good website, products or services from Pay Per Post. I get to recommend them to my readers. I see it as a value add service to my readers.

Thirdly, I get paid to blog. The advertisers pay me to write about them. The higher my page rank, the more I’m being paid.

Last month my page rank = 1. There are very little opportunities in Pay Per Post. This month my page rank went up to 2. The number of opportunities increases. I believe in time to come, the opportunities are huge.

I made some cash from Pay Per Post. You can get paid to blog too.

Income From Articles

After much researching, discovering, and reading, I found out another income stream using articles.

Remember I wrote about article marketing a few months back. Article marketing is mainly for the purpose of generating traffic and backlinks.

About a month ago, I discovered something new about articles. You can actually generate income from just writing. No affiliate program needed, this is not bum marketing. (another form of marketing to generate income from sales of product via articles)

The steps are simple. You submit your articles to these article sites, when someone read your articles, you’ll be paid.

I tested this system for a month, and I like it very much. Basically I write it once, and get paid over and over again. Please don’t get me wrong, don’t expect to get a lot of money in the beginning. I reckon, if I submit enough articles, which I will because I’ve been writing every week; I should get a decent income from it.

Those articles that I submitted is already generating some income for me.

One Way To Create Income From Internet

Do you have a hobby? What are you good at? What is your strength? Do you love to write?

Putting all the above answer together, you can create an incredible income for yourself.

You can create a 30 pages report, yes a report not an e-book. Why a report? A report sells much faster than an e-book.

Putting your knowledge and experiences into a 30 pages report is not as tough as creating an e-book. It will probably takes you 3 days to have a decent report.

For example you are good in fishing, put those knowledge into a report and sell it for $7. Get affiliates, get into clickbank, create a sales page, and you are on your way to the bank.

A good two hours

Taking my break from a non-stop two hours of work. Feel great about it. The last two hours was Forum marketing all the way.

Earning income from the internet is a new wave in this century. It’s very true that anyone can earn a good income from internet marketing, but some may misunderstood it for easy money.

Getting good income from internet marketing requires effort, time, determination and commitment. You got to sacrifice something to get something.

One of the marketing methods I practiced is forum marketing. I invest about three mornings every week to contribute in niche forums.

Contribution to forums allows you to put signature in your post. In your signature, you can place your website link which allow others to click on them, thus driving traffic to your site.

Check the terms and conditions in each forums; not all forums allow signature. Some only allow signature when you contributed a certain number of post.

Be in the forum to contribute, do not spam. You will just lose credibility if you do that. Be there to genuinely add value to others, you’ll be surprise how much traffic you get from there.

Whether you own a blog or a full website, you can adopt the forum marketing.

Contribution to a book

Writing articles and blogs is my latest hobby. Firstly, it brings traffic to my millionaire site. Those who wants to receive wealth newsletter can subscribe it. Secondly it allows me to get in touch with myself.

Recently I contributed to an e-book about becoming an entrepreneurs, The Money Monkey. Why monkey? I do not know. Perhaps the person who compiled this book simply love monkey.

40 authors contributed to The Money Monkey, including me. Some authors who contributed are Brian Tracy, Jim Rohn, Charles Burke etc. Being able to contribute in the same book with them really flatten me.

This is the list of authors who contributed to this special project.

Why special project? Because 25% of the profit goes to Red Cross. This book on sale at a reasonable price for less than $10.

One clarification, I do not get any monetary rewards by writing or promoting this book.
