What does the rich know that you do not know? What are the rules that the rich understand?
The rich make money because they understand the rule of money. Money is so important in our life, yet they don’t teach us in school. What are the rules that will enable you to build wealth?
Tool 1 - Using the power of leverage
The rich applied the power of leverage to achieve financial freedom. What is the power of leverage? Doing more with less. Basically it means finding a method that has a multiplier effect. A method that will amplify your effort by ten times, twenty times or a hundred times.
For example, marketing is leverage to your business if done properly. By doing it once, thousands or even millions of people get to know you.
Utilizing the internet in whichever way is another form of powerful leverage. Emailing is leverage, with the ability to communicate to numerous people at the same time.
The ability to grow money with money or in another word, investment is leveraging. Invest it once, and your money keeps growing.
Rule 2 - Build multiple source of income
Do not put all your eggs in one basket. Similarly, do not depend on just one income. Having a few income sources allow you to have the stability when one doesn’t work anymore, it does not has a huge impact on you. The rich do not depend on one income like the paycheck. They have many sources of income to build wealth.
Do not have so many sources of income till you can’t handle. If you think you can’t handle so many, build one at a time. Stabilize one, and then start another. Then you will not be overwhelmed by it.
Rule 3 - Continue with educating yourself
The difference between the rich and the poor is the rich continue to learn from books, seminars or people how to become richer, while the poor do not. The poor will save all the money that they had for instant gratification. Like buying the latest cell phone model or buying a carton of beer.
The rich are motivated to learn new techniques, skills or tips in building their wealth. Continue to educate yourself. With the knowledge that you gain, this knowledge will serve you for the rest of your life. You can use them over and over again.
Now you got these 3 simple tools in building wealth. Apply them to your life, and see the result yourself.
